Lovely clean site, pub next door, didn't use though, nice and quiet and lovely warden Wayne
Would go again but would be better with more toilets etc.

only 1 toilet for males and 2 urinals' and 1 shower, that you have to pay a pound for.
Only 2 toilets for Ladies, both not adequate fpr a site that has pitches for 28 , but not the sites fault by ll accounts as they have applied for more..
Not keen on the washing area being near the waste disposal and only one sink.

Lovely well kept small site and warden was very friendly. Nice shower block and was kept clean. Good size tent pitches. Great pub next door. All dog friendly. A small park for kids.

Could do with another sink in shower/toilet block as there was only one so if someone was using you had to wait.

Great little gem which was perfect for our needs. Wayne (site warden) was there to guide us to our pitch, FULLY explained the site and it's facilities. Pitch was superb. Site was clean (beyond tidy I have to say) and really well looked after...a credit to Wayne for sure. Now we are in discussion to hopefully get a 'Seasonal pitch' in the near future. Sited next to the Old Oak (which btw has a super menu catering for all levels) made it perfect for those wanting either a long stay or simply an overnight stop. Either way we will be returning very soon.

The only dislike (and I have to say a major one) was the toilet block. No fault of the site as they have made the provisions to expand but I will say this...for the gents 2 urinals and a stall with a single shower is NOT enough to cater for the best part of 30 caravans and tents with possibly up to 90 people plus on site. The powers that be need to help this place resolve this as soon as possible.
(Another note which wasn't a biggie for me as I had a dongle of my own but the wifi didn't reach the far end that I could find)

Very nice place very well maintained. And the facility's are very clean will be back .and Wayne the warden very pleasant man ..highly reccomend.

Another toilet block near the end of camp would have been a positive. Two toilets and one shower wasn’t enough for up to 30 pitches, although didn’t have to wait my turn, however this could differ in height of season.

Very clean friendly site. We had a very warm welcome from the Warden who couldn't do enough to help. The pitches are level and generous in size. The facilities was kept very clean and the outside space was immaculate. There is a nice pub next door and a few others within walking distance. There are a ton of footpaths nearby and canal walks. Nice little playground on site for the kids and the fishing lake is fenced off to stop the little ones falling in.

Could do with more toilets and showers however the site is aware and trying to get this sorted.

loved the site and the fishing facilities will visit again 100%, the size of the pitches was lovely aswel, lovely big fish aswell in such a small pond 👌

the size of the toilet facilities, 1 sit down toilet for us men isn't enough which needs addressing 😑

Quiet family friendly campsite, both the owners and the warden are very friendly. With a nice pub right on the door step, just bare in mind it only serves food Thursday onwards. Pitches are a really good size, we just had a standard grass pitch with electric hook up, easily fit my car and 4 man tunnel tent side by side allowing plenty of room infront the tent

Not a dislike just bare in mind this is a very quiet campsite, the nearest city is half an hour's drive away and there isn't much to do with the kids on the site. This was perfect for us, just something to remember when booking

Atmosphere was really welcoming, easy going and Wayne the warden and his wife were brilliant.
Weather makes a difference but this was a peaceful site and yet very full.
The pitches all facing the pond set up a great view for all, raven when just watching the fish.
Well lit. Well maintained. Would return and recommend.
Next to country pub. Didn’t visit but know others liked it.

Not enough loos and showers for the quantity of people on site.
Washing up area was not covered and only cold water.

Very nice site, not big with a fishing lake in the middle. Watched anglers pulling fish out all weekend. Was definitely a spectator sport. Already looking at going back.

Facilities are very small, always had to wait to use them.
