Price, facilities very poor unclean

Beautiful lakeside view, lovely little town

The welcome, I told the man ‘I have a booking for two nights,’ the’ answer was I don’t think so’ I showed my email, he then went and pointed at my husband to show where we should park, and started to walk off, we asked about facilities and was told where the toilets are and to make sure we shut the door behind us, told to let the grey water out onto the floor, and where to empty the toilet. That was the total conversation.
The toilets had no hand wash or sanitizer what so ever, I know it’s a campsite but we are in the middle of a pandemic, and children popped in and out.
It was the dearest site we have used in a long time, and basically just a field.

Toilet block disgusting, no hand sanitiser. Stayed only 3 days out of 7 days we paid for. Caravans too close together

Location really good. Handy for coastal walks and centre.

No Covid warnings and a lack of satanising facilities. Toilets etc sadly neglected. The spiders and other insects had really settled in. Fresh water taps didn’t inspire confidence. No grey water dump and the drinking water pipe resided on the grass. Anyone could drop in to the site. Not really safe for kiddies and no play area too. Dogs allowed and messages left to that effect, tread carefully!
