All areas kept very clean and well maintainedDisliked: The only dislike was the showers not moving up and down. Also go off very frequently.

Liked: Toilet blocks were good and clean by pitch 121.
Disliked: Kids kicking doors in toilet blocks and throwing tissues round.
Kids climbing on top of toilet blocks built into hill. Not safe, should be barriers.
We always appreciate feedback, however, we have no record of you coming in to reception or speaking with our security team to report the issues you experienced. We can reassure that this type of behaviour is not the norm and is not tolerated. We are encouraged to read that you found our shower facilities to be of a good, clean standard. We do hope that you change your mind and give Ladram another go in the future.

Disliked: Bins at bottom of the hill and had to pay for swimming.

Liked: Lovely clean site, new facilities. Amazing views, private beach was beautiful and interesting. Great entertainment for kids, park, swimming, crazy golf, arcade. Swimming pool was particularly nice. Evening entertainment was very good. It felt like there was no expense spared for this site.
Disliked: Paying for swimming. Food was over priced in the restaurant, small portions. Tent pitches was up hill and steep. Pitches were narrow, no a lot of room for kids to play.

Liked: Caravan was spotless with lots of room and everything you need.
All the staff were friendly and helpful.
Private beach was brilliant.Disliked: A seating area outside of the caravan would have been nice.
The arcade is full of sweets and you need thousands of tickets to get anything other than sweets.
What a great review to receive- we are so pleased to read that you had a great stay in one of our caravans and that you enjoyed using our private beach, For your next visit all of our Budleigh Premier range of caravans and above come with a seating area or decking with outside furniture. Liked: Clean, good facilities i.e. toilets, laundry etc.
Disliked: Poor level customer service (no one seemed to know how to book swimming) the app didn’t work properly to book anything, cosy of food drink and facilities were all very expensive (even in comparison to other parks).
You pay a premium to stay there and even have to pay to go swimming. Used the local leisure centre which was cheaper and better facilities!
On-site fish and chips were awful!
