Lovely big pitches , helpful staff … shower and toilet blocks very clean and warm , dog wash also available Lovely location for Silecroft beach which you can walk for miles , lovely cafe there plenty of parking for a donation !!

We had to reschedule our visit and it was extremely easy to do. Pitch was fine, facilities were in good condition, delicious ice cream from the shop! We had dinner at the Ski Bar and a nice walk out to the old light house.

The walks from the site along the sea wall are stunning. The site has large level pitches, the facilities are spotless and modern.

Friendly staff , clean showers and toilets, ideal for dog walking, close to pub and restaurant . Only yards from the beach . Village shops only 10 minutes walk .

Great shower and toilet block, staff really friendly camp good icecream parlour on site with home made icecream some good low level walks around the nature reserve weather was ok at time of visit only one night of high winds

Road system in camp site a bit rough and was prone to getting water logged in some parts more work on the drainage system would benefit the whole site.

It is what it says on the can, people who have given negative reviews in terms of location etc didn't take the time to read the information.
Beautiful ❤️ place. Showers exceptionally clean and warm. Friendly helpful staff. Ten minutes walk into Haverigg and thirty minutes walk to Million. Fabulous chip shop in Haverigg and lovely pub. Site is clean and quiet. Only downfall in my opinion is no recycling facilities. Great walks on beach ⛱️ and around nature 🍄‍🟫 reserve.
Fabulous on the premises made ice 🍨 cream 🍦.
Will definitely be back!

Negative reviews who didn't take time to read about the place prior to their visit!!!

The site is really well cared for and clean, you are five minutes walk to the beach and about ten miutes to Haverigg centre.
There is a lovely cafe on site selling home made ice cream. The toilets and showers are very well cared for, the latter having heating in the room.
A five minute walk from the site is a small bar called the SKI Bar serving food and drink. All in all a great place to stay.
