The huts (X2) were perfect for what we needed, bar/restaurant bonus on site. Fishing lakes superb for family fishing. Quiet and well laid out.

Great place we are returning customer and can’t wait to go back later in the year we go with our 2 children and dog and our friends and their children always made to feel welcome and everyone is freindly staff are fabulous and so is the food highly recommend

The best campsite we have stayed at in England . Wonderfully quiet and lots of space in the marked pitches. Toilets and showers were spotlessly clean. Great clubhouse and restaurant on site. But best of all were the staff who were so helpful and friendly and couldn’t have been more accommodating. Loved the laid back atmosphere with no unnecessary rules and regulations. Will definitely be returning.

It was only a small issue but has been noted before that the shower heads were a bit too high for someone who is only 5ft tall. Water temperature though was perfect other than the early cold blast.

Loved our stay at Fendicks. The pitch was lovely set against lake 2 excellent fishing. Shower block and toilets were lovely and clean and very warm. We had Sunday lunch before leaving and was as good as you get at home. Lisa and the staff are lovely nothing is too much trouble. See you all again soon

Usually do wild park ups but was invited by friends. Not a fan of campsites but had a really good time. Parked in a lovely spot with a nice view. Had dinner twice and a breakfast and the food was great. Staff were friendly and even made food that wasn’t on the menu with batting an eyelid. Good prices at the bar and all the facilities you could want.

The site staff/ owners are friendly and helpful. Hubbles restaurant is superb for meals and breakfast. The bar is good as well. Pitch was good.

Not much to say here. A bit of noise when people are leaving the pub so beware where you pitch if you’re a light sleeper and go to bed early. Although pub shuts at 23.00.

Only criticism would be the showers were a bit cold.

Pitches are roomy and close to fishing lakes. Shower/Toilet block excellent and well maintained. Food in cafe well priced, plentiful and very tasty. Bar good.

Popular bar with noisy clientel, not really our thing nowadays. Also could do with lighting from pitches to and from the bar/restaurant area.
