Thank you for your review. As you know, the Ardennes unfortunately had 15 days of rain. This having the direct action of preventing us from cutting the grass (which inevitably grew), and making the floor of the toilets very dirty. But the apparent dirt is dirt: we clean the toilets at least twice a day, and up to 5 times when we have the possibility. I can assure you that the toilet seats, the shower cubicles and the sinks were usable without worry, and disinfected. There remains the ground, in fact, which is dirty with mud. With this rain, it only takes one person to make the bathroom floor dirty.
We hope to see you again when the weather is drier, to prove to you that our sanitary facilities are clean!

Thank you for your review. We are disappointed that we were unable to provide you with the pleasure you desired.
Regarding the sanitary facilities, you will notice that it rained for 2 weeks. This having the direct action of preventing us from cutting the grass (which inevitably grew), and making the floor of the toilets very dirty. But the apparent dirt is dirt: we clean the toilets at least twice a day, and up to 5 times when we have the possibility. Concerning the advanced state of the equipment, our young team (36 years on average!) had the chance to take over the Estate 2 years ago in an advanced state of wear. We are looking forward to being able to completely restore the toilets to give them a facelift. But unfortunately we do not have the means for a large group. Furthermore, I can assure you that the technical team works daily to ensure that ALL the sanitary facilities are in working order. We object to this part of the comment.

Regarding the "party", we announce to each client at check-in that we remain available by phone if there is the slightest problem during the night. We also spend EVERY evening around 10 p.m. to check that the campsite is calm.

We hope to see you again at the Domaine despite all this, in a few years. We can assure you that if we are still here, we will have updated the sanitary facilities.
