On arrival the staff and host were brilliant very friendly and welcoming. The site is nicely set out has a little shop and the facilities were top notch and very clean. Great location great people and very reasonable I would definitely stay again.

Very boggy pitch as rained heavy

Unfortunately our tent flipped in high winds and heavy rain in the middle of the night. The staff were absolutely amazing! We called the emergency number and they came straight away and helped us hold the tent down and retrieve our belongings from inside. They allowed us to use their pickup truck to store our belongings and opened up the tv room for us to shelter in until our relatives arrived to help us. They made us cups of tea, offered for us to use the showers and ensured our young children were ok. Absolutely fantastic customer service despite the awful weather conditions they went above and beyond to help us. This was our 3rd stay at this site and we will definitely be back although I think it's safe to say we'll avoid camping during stormy weather in future!

We were very impressed with what we saw the the site and the helpfulness of the staff. Unfortunately we could only stay for one night of the two booked due to the awful weather and storm that was due the following day. We will book again.
