Liked: My Stay was specifically for the fishing, my allocated pitch was No 3 adjacent the lake, great fishing caught lots of carp during the day, nice rural location very quite a apart from the wild geese.
Newish clean and warm shower / toilet block in the main building.Disliked: Weather was a bit naff but expected in March

Liked: Spent four nights here myself and my partner. Well maintained park excellent facilities. Great fishing for me and very relaxing for my partner and Lilly & Belle our two dogs . We would recommend Beachtree Lakes

Liked: Very simple check in with a good information sheet provided. Once at our pitch (21) it was well kept and perfectly level. Toilets and showers were spotless, warm and very modern. Key fob to get in and out made us feel very secure and safe through the night. We had a walk to the local ice cream shop which had a play area, mini golf, hot drinks and lovely cakes. Noticed a bus stop right outside the site, we didn’t use the service but convenient for those who would.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike. WiFi was abit weak, may be an issue for some but we didn’t really need it.
Lovely location, good sized fully serviced pitches, very secure site.

Liked: Great location - rural enough to be away from noise and city life, but close enough to get to shops and eateries.
Super clean - the facilities are spotless, with lashings of hot water.
Free Guest Wi-Fi was a strong signal and allowed me to take work conference calls.Disliked: Nothing to dislike - outstanding site.

Liked: This was our second visit to Beech Tree. And I’d recommend it to anyone. Family run and welcoming. The amenities are excellent. And the fishing enjoyable. Had two days of excellent rod action.
It’s Very quiet location gives you a nice peaceful stay

I'm sorry you were disappointed with your pitch, unfortunatley. it hasn't stopped raining for nearly 3 months and the area where you were has suffered. I'll fence that area off until it recovers. Regarding your refund I have checked our records and the refund left us went through to your provider at 10.49am on the day you left. Some card companies take longer to process refunds than others. Let me know if the refund doesn't pop up in your account in the next day or so and I will chase it up from my end
