Family-friendly and peaceful site, Camping Rio Mundo features very spacious shaded pitches supplied with optional electric hook-up. The campsite has a toilet block with hot showers and laundry corner and a washing-up area.

There is also a bar/restaurant serving delicious Spanish cuisine, a grocery shop, a swimming pool and summer pool bar.

Children can play safely in the playground whilst adults browse the internet via free WiFi.

Local attractions

Camping Rio Mundo is situated in the heart of a Natural Park surrounded by water (Mundo river borders the site), mountains and forest. Due to its location, this campsite is ideal to enjoy outdoor activities and nature.

From the site there are several walking and mountain-bike routes. Animal lovers will be delighted by bird spotting and other wild animals living in the area.

Discover the river on foot or by bike. Other places that are worth a visit are the museum of Reales Fabricas de San Juan de Alcaraz, in the nearby village of Riopar, and the towns of Alcaraz, Riopar Viejo, Cotillas, Villaverde de Guadalimar and Molinicos.

Admission
Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.

General
Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.

Dogs
Dogs are not allowed in the accommodation units.
Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.
Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.

Arrivals and departures
Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.

Extras
Motorbike(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

Occupancy
No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Arrivals and departures
No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Pool
Only park guests are authorised to use the pool.

Safety
Open fires are prohibited.

Extras
Please select an electric hook-up if you wish to hire a fridge.

General
Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.

Reception is open from 9am to 11.30pm between 15/03 and 12/10.

Swimsuits are obligatory and swimming shorts or Bermuda shorts are not permitted.

Vehicles
The car is only included in the rate if you are travelling with a touring caravan or a tent. If you wish to bring a car along with your motorhome/campervan please select the extra.

The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Pool
The outdoor swimming pool is open between 24/06 and 05/09 (subject to weather conditions).

The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).
