Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
• At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.

Changes to your holiday

• Bookings cannot be amended within 7 day(s) of arrival.

General

• Bookings must not be for more than 30 consecutive nights.

Dogs

• Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.

Arrivals and departures

• If the reception is closed on arrival, please check in at the keyservice.

General

• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

Changes to your holiday

• Modifications are subject to a €25.00 fee.

• Public areas are non-smoking.
• Quiet (afternoon) hours must be respected between 9 p.m. and 8 a.m..
• Quiet hours must be respected between 9 p.m. and 8 a.m..
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Arrivals and departures

• The site will send you further check-in information 2 day(s) before your arrival.

• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Hired accommodation

• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of €49.00 will be charged for unclean units upon departure.
