Pool & hot tub great, Pizza were good and lovely setting next to the lake.

Tents are super cool and comfortable. Clean toilets and best showers at a campsite so far. Nice light show in the evening.

Great place to sit and relax and decent music in the evening.

Breakfast was super expensive - £8.50 for kids breakfast which included one croissant and a bottle of apple juice.

Adults was £15 and I got the same as the kids plus a coffee and yogurt/muesli.

I had ordered the breakfast the previous night, but didn't arrive until after 8.30am. Kids not too happy.

The layout of the camp site, friendly staff, the food and drink available on site, the wild spa facilities and use of log fires privately in the bell tents the lights which look amazing at night around the tent and the good shower facilities

The site is beautiful the lights and the vintage feel was just perfect.
The staff were lovely.
Toilets and showers were immaculate.

The food; No variety it was expensive for what it was and how it tasted, we found a local takeaway after £24 for 2 Hotdogs.
The ground in the tent was uneven and the path was unfinished down to our tent so was muddy!!
No fairy lights in the tent like pictured.
Think some kind of delivery option to your tent would be amazing for drinks or wood fired pizza something quick but tasty! (especially hot drinks in the morning)
It was lovely just think some finishing touches would make it worth the price.

My daughter liked the use of a guitar and art materials provided in the tent. The street food was tasty. The staff were friendly.

There was a lack of thought and attention that went into the set up of the tents. It felt like they had been overbooked and were scrambling round to pitch as many tents as possible. As a result, our tent had not been properly set up. The wood burner was in pieces on the floor. There was a dead branch in the middle of the tent, where they presumably intended to hang the mirror, but this too was on the floor. The tent was pitched at the far end of the site, there had been no attempt to flatten the ground, so there were significant undulations in the floor, nor even the removal of stinging nettles right at the entrance of the tent (where it zipped up); so our daughter was stung. The closest loo block only had one working loo; the two showers were chained shut. Everything was damp the next morning, but as we had no working wood burner, we were just cold and uncomfortable!

Most amazing weekend ever! Waking up to the sound of geese gliding on the lake. Every detail is thought through and beautiful. We had the most idyllic time!

Only thing we disliked is that we had to leave!

Woodland location by the lake, safe family environment, set up of the camp, lovely communal eating and drinking area, good food from the visiting street food vans, nice toilets and showers, ambience and lighting, the ducks, close to Frome and Stourhead National Trust property

No cooking facilities for barbecue or self catering combined with pricey food, no mat directly outside the tent so stepping into mud when wet, too many tents too close together

Great facilities, lovely bar/restaurant area overlooking the lake. Staff went above and beyond to help out
