We really liked the play area for our 7 year old (and 15 year old who took him). The site was very spacious and peaceful - especially during the evening when day visitors had left.
The shower facilities were modern and very clean, with a shower cubicle, toilet and space to get dressed. Unfortunately there were only 2, which wasn’t a problem for us as we only shared the site with one other group - but I can see it being more of an issue with more campers. There were plenty of toilets and an outdoor washing up area, all of which were clean.
We had pizzas on out final night, which were lovely. Locals collect pizzas from here into the evening, so expect cars in and out until around 9pm. This didn’t bother us.
We really enjoyed our weekend here and would recommend it to families as there’s plenty to keep the kids entertained. We’ll definitely go back.

Only 2 showers - but that wasn’t a problem for us.
Neither like nor dislike - this isn’t a camping only site. It is also open to day guests to Umberslade estate - as well as parties and groups in their function rooms.

Lovely shower and toilet and washing up facilities block, all new and clean, lovely grand entrance road and you can come in and out whenever you need. Would definitely stay again if we were in the area and in need of a stay over with facilities. There is also a coffee shop and pizzeria if you need all on site. Also a great childrens play area and childrens farm on site. Not great mobile reception but to be expected in the middle of nowhere. However I could watch Netflix after being patient :-) Unknown if there was Wi-Fi so assuming not

Umberslade farm is a beautiful setting with great facilities. The children had a lovely time in the countryside and our night away was very peaceful. The pizzeria on site was amazing and the cafe is also lovely for coffees and breakfast options which we utilised. The team were extremely helpful when we requested an additional pitch at late notice. Will definitely stay again and will recommend to all our friends and family.

Our children not being allowed to use indoor play area when it wasn’t booked by outside users, it often sat empty.
Site has a policy of no cars by tents which is great but the campers next to us ignored this, slamming car doors late at night, no staff asked them to move their car.

Loved that you didn’t need to leave the campsite if you didn’t want to as there was more than enough to keep the kids entertained. Loved the pizzeria at night, a coffee sat with the farm animals and the park for the children. Facilities were cleaned regularly and all staff were friendly. For first time campers with children we couldn’t have asked for better! Beautiful scenery and very peaceful.

There was nothing not to like- accept the odd wasp but what would you expect during the summer months.
