Vicinity to coast and Weymouth, coastal views (lagoon), spacious pitch, reasonably flat ( though ever so slightly sloped: but with height adjustable campbed legs, that was easily worked around), fires allowed, clean portaloos (and always enough paper). Good basic facilities. Easy to find ( good directions) and handy supermarket within walking distance.

Area: Lots of things to see / visit / do nearby, lovely part of Dorset, Weymouth is really pleasant, too.

Tried the spacious open shower one morning, wich is a nice and practical facility, but the water was only cold... so I had to have a cold shower to wash my hair.

We knew the coast tends to be a bit breezy, but on this stay, unfortunately, we contended with constant 34mph winds... we had a sturdy set up ( with super strong long pegs made from re-bar) but still, it was very noisy ( tent battered by wind), so not that relaxing on site.

A lovely site with a lovely view! Easy to find and to get set up at, nice how close it was to Weymouth to drive. Simple toilet and shower but clean, nice and warm water! A lovely night away!

Views are amaizing. Pitch sizes are very big. Showers are small, but no problems with hot water.

A bit dissapointed with fire logs, quite pricey for amount of wood you get.

The pitches had plenty of room, was a very generous size.
Amazing view and great location.
Nice and easy set up and helpful hosts.

Great family site to get away from everyday life,the owners are wonderful very friendly and very helpful.the kids can run wild and you can relax,all campers here are friendly.many have been before.the owners are on site every day cleaning showers and toilets,and always make time to stop and say hi.logs for your fire are delivered daily which is a bonus.would highly recommend if you like back to basic.we will be returning.

Could do with a few more showers and toilets and possibly a shelter over washin up area but other than that great

Brilliant campsite, nothing at all bad to say. Enjoyed that much we have booked to go back again

Amazing views ,we stayed in a bell tent ,was lots of fun .beds were clean and tidy all round, nicky was a lovely host .she made everyone feel really welcomed and was able to accommodate all our needs ,with a beautiful smile .
Amazing trip if you like walking and panoramic views .
