Disliked: It flood dangerously. All.my.studf is soaked and ruined..no staff on site to help until the site was flooded. Really unprofessional and pretty sure it's illegal. They have a duty of care to customers and this was broken. My gf and I are traumatised by this experience. My tent and other stuff were consumed by the river. We should have green evacuated the night before like other campsites were. It's horrendous!! Would never recommend to anyone!!

Liked: Location is perfect. Closer to Keswick and Cat Bells insight. Showers and toilets were extremely clean. Staff answered the phone quickly with regards to our stay.
Disliked: The weather, no fault of the campsite, lol.

Liked: Location was amazing. The staff were incredible. The access to different walks was spot on. The showers were so good. The toilets were as needed, clean and stocked with loo roll. Genuinely no faults at all.

Liked: Good location for accessing Kitchen Bay jetty, only a 15 minute walk. Hire fire pits for £12. £5 refund when returning.
Disliked: The dips in the field get a bit boggy when it rains, can’t be helped but good to be aware. Facilities are basic but they are flushing toilets and showers. Staff try their best to keep on top but unfortunately not all visitors treat them with care.
