Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the sea view and swimming pool, but we're truly sorry to hear about the issues you mentioned.

We apologize for the condition of the pitch and the unfinished roads. We are actively working on improvements and upgrades and hope to have these resolved soon.

We explained on the phone following on from your mistake and your wrong day booking, we could only fit you in on one of our pitches we are developing.

As the weather has been so dry since March all of the pitches feel really hard on the ground and is not turf laid on gravel as you mentioned, thus the reason you struggled to get your windbreak/privacy screen into the ground.

The pitch you had origianlly booked was on one of our established motorhome pitches and not on one of our new 'campervan' pitches and unfortunately we have been fully booked on most pitches including the 'unfinished' pitches.

Your comments about the staff and the shop are concerning, this is always a one sided argument but we are aware of our actions.

The shop has been stocked as described in the descriptions of the park on our online pages, unless you have not planned forward before arriving with us you will always have to stock up with big food items, we have enough stocked from salt & pepper to tinned foods and even fresh fruit and veg.
