    The camp site was lovely and peaceful, pub was nice too. Staff was lovely. Apart from the shower blocks very clean site.
    Disliked: 

    Showers/ toilet blocks and wash up area wasn’t very clean. Shower blocks was dirty.

    Lovely pitch with electric, plenty of space for my son to have a kick around with a ball, only stayed 1 night so had an amazing meal in the pub! Good bathroom facilities for what we needed. Little swings answered seesaw set for the kids. Looking to come again.

    Clean site. Toilets are a little tired but it caused us absolutely no problem.

    Pitches were massive, family friendly.

    Lovely pub and beer garden, the staff could not have helped any more than they did.

    Good location. Travelled as a family and had a great time. Cannot understand the negative reviews, this was a much cleaner friendlier site than some we have been to. If you want 5 star pay for it!

    Warm welcome nice site, very busy first weekend of school holidays. Excellent food in pub good secure site for stop over

    Toilet as other reviews say let’s the site down, broken women’s shower not lock, I didn’t report this to staff but this hadn’t just happened on my visit

Thanks for your review from your stay on 1/8/25. its a pity we were not made aware that the ladies shower door was not working as we would like to make sure
all the things that we can repair quickly get fixed, this was repaired last week.
We hope this didnt spoil your overnight stop. Thanks

    A family of 3 stayed for one night , as a stop over ,we went into the pub for our evening meal , we couldn’t fault it , as I am celiac there was more than plenty of options . The staff were lovely and the service great . Would recommend. We will use this site again when we need to

    Toilet blocks where a bit tired and old ,
    But clean . Only 2 swings in the play area

    Level site , lots of space . Secure. Great price . Local for touring. Food looked very nice.
    Disliked: 

    Pub not opened Monday. Toilets on site could do with a couple of quid spent on them. Could not use the shower.
