Liked: There are three areas to choose from for camping. You can either choose to have a view of the sea or the lakes. The facilities were nice and clean. There was also a bar with live music on a Saturday that also serves food. There's a lot of rules but I don't believe that was a bad thing. Dog friendly.

Liked: Valerie and John were lovely and welcoming. We were there to camp and that's what we did.
Disliked: Only on toilet working at bottom camp area, new block just built so will be up and running soon.

Liked: staff seemed friendly enough, we only stayed 10 mins and left
Disliked: picked this site for fishing and we arrived to be told there was no fish in the lake as it was overgrown with weeds. very disappointing, we left and went on round the coast

Liked: Great spot. Very peaceful and had lots of green space and pretty views. Had an on-site bar and restaurant with entertainment. Friendly and down to earth staff/owners. Close to local sights and amenities. Would recommend.

Disliked: Very expensive. And then you had to pay for showers on top ( £1 for 6 minutes).

Disliked: Amenities basic and no contact with staff except to book in and they then showed us various sites we could have but not knowing area etc didn't get it??
When you go to a shop and purchase a gazebo you cannot arrive at a campsite and rename it an awning, you were very nice guests and are always welcome at glenmore.
