Everything! We booked last minute as a stopover, due to our ferry being delayed. We arrived late and were greeted with a warm welcome, had a lovely meal in the restaurant, host was very helpful and friendly. Facilities were immaculate, very relaxed camp, will be back in the future.

Nothing to dislike

The campsite grounds were well kept with lots of planting and nice to hear the birds.
The pitch was level and of a good size.
We were there out of season so cannot comment on the pool or restaurant
Showers were warm and clean.

Other travellers have commented on the wetness of the pitches and we have to agree. Difficult to exit our motorhome without getting muddy feet.
I guess due to low volume of people, the toilet facilities were all in the same place (unisex).

A very wet site. As the manageress was off, there was no-one to meet us (but we forewarned by email before our arrival).

Not really something the sit can control - the weather. More needs to be done to put gravel or some sort of hardstanding down on pitched if they wish to continue welcoming guests in bad weather.

I bet this site would be nice in maybe august but when we arrived at 4.30pm - 5pm for a night stop on the 7th September everything was closed there was nowhere to get a drink or anything to eat literally nothing,no shop or even a coffee machine. I was annoyed as i hadnt seen anything to say this would be the case but they still charge full price to stay there.Our children went in the pool for a little bit but the staff stood there looking at their watch waiting for them to get out.The receptionist understood no english and we had to drive out to find food,luckily mcdonalds wasn't to far away,but when your tired you dont want to be driving back out again.
It was a nice clean site in a good location close to a super u supermarket and mcdonalds but for on site things dont visit in september

We had a wonderful holiday staying at La Pindiere! The family run site is very welcoming, with a good selection of hedge lined flat pitches, clean toilet facilities and a very decent on-site restaurant / bar which does excellent food (oh and massive deserts, you have been warned!). Freshly baked bread and pastries can also be ordered at the reception for next day collection, from 8am. The site felt safe and secure, with good access around the pitches (even for our large twin axle). Our kids loved the site and felt right at home, as did we. No hesitation in recommending this site for a week (or longer) or as a stop over if travelling on further. Thanks to Anne and her team, we'll be back.

Not a dislike, but to note that there's no site wide wifi, only around the terrace / bar area. However there's a decent 4G signal if you need it.

This site has everything you could possibly need. We stayed 4 nights and were pitched in front of the small farm and play area. Our holiday could not have been more relaxed. Order your bread and croissants for next day and receive these in morning with personal greeting penned on your bag. Lovely personal touches that were appreciated. Anne is so helpful with local knowledge. The restaurant was a welcome change from cooking and menu superb as was service. Pool was best I ever experienced in campsites. So near local shops and beautiful walks.
