Rural, quiet, great welcome, clean facilities and overall a lovely little site.

Yes the couple of hard standing pitches are at the end of the car park but we did not find this off putting or dislike where we were. The grass pitches are more appealing but in horrible weather they are not an option and the hardstanding allowed us to stay in this beautiful area.

Staid before had a great time eating and drinking

2nd stay not as friendly but this was due to weather we think. And bathroom lock at night . Husband fell over in mud after coming back from remote toilet in dark

Lovely short break away to a quiet place. Weather not fab so we made the most of the restaurant for a great lunch and enjoyed the wine tasting that was on offer. Took home a couple of bottles. Would definately come back. Thanks

Well ordered, clean, awesome surroundings on and off site. Very friendly hostess with a sincere welcome. Did not use any facilities as we had our own onboard, so therefore cannot comment. But if the site is anything to go by, it would be equally welcoming.

Nothing to dislike.

Only stayed one night so did not see full potential however site was extremely clean and tidy and had nice walk around the vineyard and the pet corner. Did use the restaurant for Tea and cake which was really nice. Friendly staff. Good washing up area, indoors. Only reason for not coming back is that it is a little bit out of the way and I’m more likely to visit other areas

TV signal quite poor. A little bit pricey.

A wonderful little site, very clean and very friendly hosts. Large pitches but be aware the electricity supply is only 6 Amps. Ideal touring location, quiet but with a lovely restaurant, and a shop selling the local produce and of course wine from the Vineyard. Have a go at the wine tasting.

No dislikes, but a suggestion of maybe doing breakfast in the morning in the cafe?

The Shepherds hut was lovely. Very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The food was delicious too.

Vineyard and sales of their local wines was a nice surprise. Having a restaurant on site was useful, although shut most evenings this time of year. Small friendly campsite with pretty looking shepherds hut. Nice quiet location. Very nice and also helpful restaurant staff

Having to pay 50p to use shower after paying £70 a night for a hut. We didnt have any change on us and the restaurant was shut so had too make a point of going out too get the 50 pence coins. Hut position, facing the front of another hut, would have preferred non facing for privacy.
