Relaxed atmosphere at Rivendell, the bell tent was warm and well equipped, the bed was lovely wanted to ask was it a memory foam? Lovely lovely bed that you sunk into. Site facilities excellent and very tasteful, really enjoyed the swimming pool, next time we would like to sample the breakfast as it smelt top quality. Noticed owners worked extremely hard to make this the place it is. Loved that we were able and others to walk around in your robes or dressing gowns without feeling self conscious. Will definitely be back again this time for longer.

Everything, Run by a very friendly couple, very clean everywhere, top notch toilets and showers. Guided tour when we first arrived as it was our first time at the site. Pool clean and heated, hot tub clean and heated, lovely patio area with tables and loungers, grounds well kept with clear paths to walk through the woods. Pitches with lots of space and no stones etc to damage ground sheets.

    Disliked:

Nothing disliked at all, only minor thing was it would of been nice for more loungers, but this would of meant less tables and chairs, so it is a fine line to balance

Having just spent a truly lovely weekend at Rivendell in one of their amazing Safari tents. I have to say I am a total Glamping & Clothing optional convert. We were a little unsure about this being a 'naturist friendly' resort and booked it mainly on price (it was so much cheaper than anything else we could find) When we arrived i was expecting lots of naked people but there were hardly any. We had a few drinks and i even went topless in the hot tub and pool. Everyone was supper friendly and we both felt very comfortable and relaxed. The Safari tents are huge, You get a kitchen with a full size fridge, gas hob cupboards and cooking utensils, a dining room a covered wooden veranda two double bedrooms. it was like staying in a large sweet in a hotel. Every little detail has been thought through. Laying in the cosy, supper comfy bed amongst sumptuous cushions and throws, the tent faintly lit by fairy lights, I actually wanted to stay awake all night just to soak up the atmosphere, no let's be honest I just wanted to move in. Sad to leave but we will be back.

Glorious location and accommodation. Not being naturists we were a bit apprehensive but were dictated really by lack of other sites available, how pleased we were to have stumbled upon this little gem. We have already rebooked as in our opinion the facilities are unrivalled. The staff could not have been anymore friendly. I wholeheartedly recommend this for non naturists or naturists alike.
