We have a static at this site and I am reviewing because of the one negative review on the site. The site is clean and well maintained by the owners and family, nothing is too much trouble (this completely contradicts the previous review) and as we are there for 9 months of the year I feel this is much more appropriate and balanced.

    Disliked:

Very dog orientated and most dog owners are responsible and use the appropriate dog walks

    Nothing

    Disliked:

Having booked the site in January to stay for a family wedding, and told them that, and told no deposit required, we phone to confirm all was still well the week before the wedding, the owner told us "No , we don't take bookings for people going to weddings at the hall, we have to look after our locals".

So now it's too late to book anywhere else as it is a holiday weekend.

THANKS FOR NOTHING DALSTON HALL - YOU HAVE LEFT US COMPLETELY IN THE LURCH AND I WILL BE LEAVING REVIEWS SO YHAT PEOPLE UNDERSTAND THAT YOU ARE UNPROFFESSIONAL AND UNRELIABLE.
