Liked: Despite the toilet/shower block being destroyed by fire 4 days before they had managed to get alternative facilities in place. I had a few other problems due to the unusual amount of rain that we've had this year, but the gentlemen running the place we're there in 5 minutes helping us. They all had a smile on their faces and were genuinely happy to help despite the problems they have had. I can't help but say how good all the staff working there are. We go to Heathfield several times a year and will continue to do so. It's one of the best North Yorkshire sites that we visit.

Liked: Everything. The quietness, tranquility & facilities. All the facilities we needed close by and all spotlessly clean. Good WiFi. The owners (Max & Hannah) were very friendly & helped with a water Pump issue we had with our caravan. Will definitely recommend to family & friends.

Liked: Immaculately kept site run by very helpful freindly owners. The site is within easy reach of Pateley Bridge walking along side a the river. The town itself has a wide selection of shops and cafes etc.
