Andrew's Field

Beautiful setting and you can park right by the water. People can access the water for kayaking and fishing straight into the cancel from the campsite. It's lovely listening to the canal boats going by. There is a lovely walk on the flat through the fields following the canal. Kingfishers flying up and down the canal too.

Nothing to dislike.

Lovely walks and village only a short walk with nice pub.

Lovely quiet "back to basic" site right on edge of river, lots of birdlife,passing boats and great stargazing, campfires allowed. Was able to launch own kayak from riverbank, incredible value at £6 per night and good security at gate to field.Owner's communication was super quick.

The winding lane to get down to the site could be a bit tricky in a larger unit . Water supply was in first field so a bit of a walk if set up in the next field .

Like the fact that no access for big mobile homes or caravans
Lane not busy- able to walk to pub and back with torches
Able to walk through village and up Bredon Hill and back easily

-3 families pitched together with 8 barking dogs!- number dogs should be limited
-Having to climb over barrier without proper stile
-Inability to know if checks have been made on the occupants and use of the site
-Would be perfect if toilet and shower block available (understand this would change nature of site)

Beautiful, safe night in a field. It’s by the River with Swans and Ducks passing by, we used it as a stopover but hopefully next year we’ll be able to return for longer.

The tranquility, we had a fantastic time albeit very cold, and very quiet all you can here are the birds and the occasional boat going past.

Lovely place right on the river, perfect for the kayak. Peaceful with loads of space. Only about 8 other campers there at the weekend with the entire field still free. Had my 2 year old daughter and, although not much to do for her, she still enjoyed watching the boats go past and had loads of space to run around. Will be visiting again.

Peaceful, back to basics camping in huge field. Lovely walks from site along the river. 15 minute walk to Eckington village with it's shop and dog friendly pub. Excellent communication with Katie who quickly responded to any questions. Will definitely return!
