Sites

A cable measuring at least 15 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.

Admission

Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.

Safety

Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.

General

Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.
Bookings must not be for more than 14 consecutive nights.

Vehicles

Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.

Dogs

Dogs are prohibited from main facilities and amenities.
Dogs must be kept on leashes and supervised at all times.

General

Drones, electric scooters, bikes and hover boards are not permitted.
Entertainment and activities are available between 02/04 and 30/10.

Extras

Facilities/activities including arcade, adventure golf are subject to extra charges payable on arrival.

Safety

Firearms are not permitted.
Guests are advised to bring a good quality flashlight with them as parts of the park are unlit.

Dogs

Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.

Arrivals and departures

If the reception is closed on arrival, please check in at the Security gatehouse.

General

In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.

Occupancy

No bachelor/bachelorette parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Vehicles

No vehicle movement between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m..
Only one car is to be parked at the site. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.

Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and trunks must be closed quietly.

Reception is open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. between 26/07 and 31/08.
Reception is open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. between 02/04 and 30/10.

Occupancy

Single-sex bookings of 3 or more people (couples and immediate family members excepted) are not permitted via Pitchup.com.

General

The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behavior is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Pool

The outdoor swimming pool is open between 02/04 and 30/09 (subject to weather conditions).

Occupancy

The park caters for families (immediate members) and couples only - bookings from all other forms of groups are not accepted.

Dogs

The park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Breed-specific legislation (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).

General

The park is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.
The restaurant is open between 02/04 and 30/10.

Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.
Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.

Sites

You must follow management instructions when setting up your tent/rig and related equipment.

Dogs

Your dog must be tattooed or microchipped.

Additional terms

A £10 cash refundable deposit is required for a key to the disabled toilet/shower facilities.

Children under 12 years will be required to wear a park wristband for the duration of their stay.

Facilities are card only excluding the shop, bingo and arcade.

All Bull Terrier and Mastiff breeds (including cross breeds) must be muzzled whilst on park.

One adult swimmer (16+) is required per two children aged 0-7 and one per three children aged 8-13.
