It’s not a dislike but more would make a huge difference - No hairdryer or plug socket in shower block to dry your hair

Clean facilities; kitchen (4 big sinks), bathrooms and toilets. Also available with the use of coins is the laundry room with washing machine & drier.
The pitch setting, very communal allowing kids to interact and enjoy their camping time together.

Quietness. Large level pitch, well positioned for touring, new shower/toilet block, very clean and fresh, good showers.

The owners were lovely, and really helpful, thee pitches are enormous, and the site is beautifully kept.
It's very close to all the amenities of Helston, although you would never know it, and it is also very close to some of the best beaches in Cornwall.
It's a very quiet family site, so was perfect for pre teens exhausted by being on the beach all day.

We had a wonderful week at Wheal Vreagh farm. It is a great location, with plenty to visit nearby. After a day out, it is relaxing to come back to a nice site, with peaceful surroundings and clean facilities. We appreciated the large pitch, the picnic table, the short walk to the toilet block and washing up facilities. The showers are lovely and the water temperature just right. We were made to feel very welcome on arrival and given lots of info on great places to visit by the campsite owner.

This is not really a dislike but we would have found it helpful to have a recycling system for cardboard, plastic and food waste by the washing up area.

Liked everything about our stay. Clean facilities. Lovely owners. Nice layout out of the pitches. Good WiFi.

Fantastic site, pitches are as described so will accommodate large tents, communal facilities absolutely spotless and only 10 minute drive to major supermarket and same distance to Praa Sands beach. Unfortunately had to leave early due to family commitments but we will definitely return, highly recommended this site
