The location

The pitches were spread out, never felt crowded and very well maintained. Staff were all very helpful, welcoming and polite. Beautiful area with lots to do for all ages, heated swimming pool was fantastic, great to see a diving board 😀 my boys loved it. One of the best on-site shops I've encountered while camping, with a well stocked camping section in case you forgot anything or have a breakage. Firepits being allowed on the pitch was definitely a nice touch for toasting marshmallows and keeping warm while stargazing and listening to Seasick Steve. All together a very relaxing, stress free few days. Will definitely camp there again.

The location was massive has 2 camping fields one with electric one without. A play park for kids they also have rooms for teenagers to hang out in. A massive green space for football or playing games. It’s also has good entertainment and a clean swimming pool. Also has a well stocked library to have a break and chill or even play some board games.

Having to leave

Our second time visiting Trewan Hall. The whole site is amazing. Beautiful grounds, very well kept. The staff are all lovely and a pleasure to be around! The toilet and shower areas are always very clean and well stocked. The shop has everything you could need. The nightly entertainments were brilliant and the Barnyard Cookout made some great food. I can’t wait to spend another camping trip at this amazing campsite.

Excellent campsite with topnotch facilities. The site had a very large field for electric hook-up which was virtually empty for the whole week we were there - no more than 5 other pitches taken which was great. The wash block was very modern and kept exceptionally clean and the outside washing up facilities were also very good. The site had other facilities that we didn't use such as the swimming pool/games room etc but would have been good if we had had children/teenagers with us.
We would definitely go back to this site in the off season when it is quiet and its central location made it a good base for visiting lots of the attractions in Cornwall. Access was also good with main roads all the way apart from a smaller lane for the last half mile.

The pitches weren't marked out in anyway (eg hedges or markings etc) - this didn't matter when the site was very quiet but may feel different in the summer when it is full. It was also unclear exactly where the pitches were resulting in each caravan/camper randomly parking anywhere and in any direction close to the electric hook-up points.
The local farmer had a loud crow scarer that would start up from 6.30am - not the fault of the campsite but to be aware of if you want to sleep in late!
