Fantastic little park for the kids and the goats were a bonus

The make shift toilet block on the bottom field. No soap in the dispenser and ran out of toilet roll in the only toilet with a light for night time. The minimal shop, Wi-Fi on pitches is advertised but very weak

Lovely walk into the nearby village which has a walk along the canal and a pub

Toilet block could be a little bigger as it gets busy quick especially at night when everyone is getting ready for bed

Spacious, clean pitches and the play park for the kids. Main block of toilets were ok but the toilets and washing up block up in lower field are in desperate need of an upgrade. Staff were lovely and friendly and the little shop on site with cafe was a lovely treat. Overall a nice site, however I question a return due to the toilet/shower facilities - so many other sites, priced the same have better.
Site has so much potential but it feels like basics are being missed.

For a couple of days all the showers were being renovated which left one shower for a very busy site - this should have been communicated I feel prior to booking.
Pitch was very overgrown with grass and with the bad weather turned our pitch into a bog. The pitch wasn’t well maintained despite us moving gazebo so the grass could be cut (clogged up the mower it was that long)

Relaxed family campsite. Food and hot drinks available were a perk. Lovely falconry displays for the kids. Standard, basic toilet and shower facilities.

- Easy going nature of the site (provided we didn't obstruct traffic routes we were able to pitch our large group together so we could have a large communal space
- Food on site
- Activities on site - Goats, Birds of Prey, Kids play area
- Staff - we had some admin issues with our pitch-up booking but the staff on site were more than accommodating and helped out brilliantly
- Proximity to other areas - a lovely walk down the canal to the local village & a quick drive to a more built up area if needed

- Some of the facilities were in need of improvement (the hot taps weren't working at one of the washing up areas) However the team are clearly working to make loads of improvements all over the site including a new shower block, even more activities etc.

Great service went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay

Plenty of field space to choose from. Toilets clean, washing facilities clean and tidy, bins to empty ash into, lots of animals around. Pizza Hut near reception was lovely! Friendly staff and easy check in process.
