Clean toilet block

Water logged grass surrounding pitches, freshwater and waste water wrong side of pitch, noise from A55 and then function at the hotel on Saturday night, ended up leaving a night early, £30 a night far too expensive

Great access to site with all information provided on the day of travel. Pre-allocated pitch and all instructions provided. Very well laid out site with lots of space. Good facilities on site. Really good location for access to Rhyl, Prestatyn, Llandudno and Conway.

Nothing realy all pitches clean and tidy

Lovely site, mostly quiet, very clean toilets and showers, food in the restaurant was very good, dog friendly, friendly staff.

Would have liked to make use of the pool but thought £30 per person was expensive for a 2hour pass

Lovely site, very well looked after, facilities were very clean. Food and service in the bar ( we had our dog so couldn’t eat in the restaurant) was very nice. Sunday roast was on of the best we have had for a long time

The site was quiet, well kept and the facilities were spotless. Pitches were well spaced and had ample room for awning and car. Had a hotel and Spa on site and a dog walking area.
Nothing was too much trouble for Rob the relief warden, who spent a good hour trying to get the electrics to work as our caravan decided to throw a wobbly.
We will definitely be looking at going back again.

Not a dislike but an observation…….could do with a few more dog bins around the park.
Also as we had heavy rain some pitches did get water logged so maybe some sort of drainage could be implemented to help prevent this.

Pitches were fully serviced and a decent size and the meals in the restaurant was fabulous very friendly staff both in the restaurant and site

Really clean and tidy, pitch sizes really good. A nice little dog walking grasses area. The team were keeping it really clean, and tending to the plants and grass and it was a lovely site :)

Not really a dislike, but could be improved - the showers (a personal bug bear) where you have to hold in the button or it cuts out in 2 seconds so trying to shower one handed was really difficult.

Nice big pitches site very nice clean and well looked after .showers always clean and nice and hot .good in hotel good but not cheap
