Facilities were excellent, staff were really helpful and friendly. Nice layout to the site, the field we were on was mostly level, EHU pitches around the outside of field, pitch anywhere in the middle of the field for non electric. Had the takeaway pizza on Saturday night, very nice. Love this area, loads to see and do

Facilities split Ladies/Gents. Would have been nice to have unisex showers/family washroom as this makes it easier when travelling with small children. But this was the only [minor] downside, everything else was excellent

New and clean toilet facilities. Green and level grass. Picnic tables available and free to use like in a park

Very noisy due to tents located all around a football pitch where children play and scream all day till 11pm. Reception should encourage low level of noise after a certain time and to respect others keeping voices down while going around the pitches in the night. People are sleeping and if you walk 2 cm from tents you wake them up!

Such a beautiful setting. The views and the countryside were lovely. Loads of great walks and plenty to see and do in the area. The site facilities were regularly cleaned and well kept. Lovely hot showers. Saturday evening pizzas were a real treat. The staff were efficient and friendly and I'm so impressed that they arranged such magnificent weather for our stay. We'll be back.

The place itself was well laid out, as soon as you drive in you pull up to reception where you are told where you need to go. All non-electric tent pitches are in the middle of the circle, so you can put your tent wherever you want there. The facilities are brilliant, the toilets and showers are very clean and tidy. The shop was a blessing on the very hot weekend as people were happy to go and buy cold drinks and ice creams.

No one to enforce the ‘quiet time’ rules. The noise went on for another hour after everyone was supposed to be quiet, which didn’t bother us too much but I could hear other campers complaining as their children kept waking up.
