The campsite is in a gorgeous location, easily accessible but quiet and peaceful. We stayed in the Hideaway Hut which has everything you need for a comfy stay, super clean and beautifully decorated.

Jo is a wonderful and thoughtful host, she really went out of her way to make sure our stay was special. The afternoon tea was such a bonus, well worth it! Would definitely return. Thanks Jo.

Position of Hut, great views above Sowerby Bridge and valley's. Quite rural spot, with very little road traffic. We'll equipped Hut and site services. Lovely personal touches in the Hut and everything we needed for our 2 night break including a bag of logs for the fire pit.

It is the most beautiful wee cabin. Lovely cosy bed. Only stayed one night but made the most of it had a fire and cooked steaks on the bbq. beautiful peaceful area and jo is lovely. thank you!

We stopped here last night (15th feb) for a valentines night away, we met Jo on arrival and she showed us to the shepherds hut, it was so lovely and cosy, there was also a fire pit and wood for us to use but the weather wasn’t great so we stayed indoors.
The hut was spotless with everything we needed and the site was lovely and clean too, we are looking forward to staying here again in the summer. I would definitely recommend this site for a quiet getaway.

Really comfy cosy cabin with lots of thought put into it and the little things that made a big difference.

Jo was friendly and really went out of her way to make sure that we were welcomed and everything was explained to us. Communication and service were great from start to finish

The cabin was warm and welcoming and we really enjoyed our peaceful night there.

On a cold night in November it was warm all night and the heater was only needed for a short time to heat the cabin all night. Considering the elements outside you can tell Jo has put a great deal of effort into making sure it is well insulated and built.

What an absolute gem this is. We had a wonderful stay and the host Jo made us feel very welcome. She has put a lot of thought into it, creating a beautiful and peaceful place. With absolutely stunning views.
