Ski bar's high prices and expensive water park prices.
Watch out for seagull poop.

Gorgeous site set right by a beautiful little bay.
Excellent amenities which were well maintained and clean.
BBQs and fire pits also allowed. Short walk to the village where there’s a pub with beer garden, shop and fish and chip shop.

Stayed for one night on our way up to Scotland.

This site has something for almost everyone: mountains and sea for the views, the aqua-park for addreneline junkies, and some amazing wildlife. The (short)walk to the RSPB hide is well worth it as there were breeding Eiders and Little Terns when we visisted. Keen eyed bottanists may even spot the bea orchids besides the path.

We arived just after the bank holdiay and the staff had done a great job clearing up after everyone. No problem with the facilities all of which were working fine.

The staff were wonderful helping fellow campers start their van after the battery failed.

The A592 is a bit of a challenge in places, but that helps make this area interesting

Good Location, clean showers, gravel paths around site quite rough to walk on. Good pitch size on large site. Decent shops down the road with chinese and chip shop although we did not eat either this time. nice walk round near ski bar... Ate lunch here lovely food and friendly service. Dog friendly but somewhat overun with dogs. nice site, good location just needs a few tweeks to make it better. Wouldn't like to stay on when full to be honest.

On arrival small toilet block was aweful dirty paper on floor and overflowinng. Bins... This was recitified in the week as site went quieter, also waste bins were overflowing so seagulls having a great time bags ripped open needs someone to keep ontop off this on busy times rather than wait for bin collection day. Pity the road above the site seems to be the play area at weekends and evenings of local motorbike and scooter riders . Zooming up and down spoilt the peaceful setting. Unlevel pitches

Warm friendly welcome from reception lady on arrival. spacious site and excellent facilitys.the beach is beautiful with great walking areas for 4 legged friends and accessable from camp site within 10 minutes Walk.
