Could do with a good tidying up as this site has potential but lacking in care and attention, bit pricey but that’s the sign of the times

Lovely pitch, quite and relaxing

Could do with a toilet.

It is what it says, “the old boatyard”. Not the biggest of sites but perfectly formed with stunning views of the river. Less than 5 mins to town centre, although you wouldn’t think it as it’s a very Peaceful, beautiful and restful site. Frank the owner is a smashing chap, very helpful and friendly. Currently there is no toilet on this site but there is work in progress for this. We were self sufficient in our Campervan so not a problem to us. Would highly recommend. Will 100% return.

No designated pitches, all crammed in and very much on top of each other.

Central to the town,frank who owns it is a nice man ,makes you feel welcome,it a nice little site

Wish they had showers ,but not a problem,it’s a good site but it’s a bit too expensive for what it is

As soon as we arrived Frank was so helpful and friendly. My son goes shy when speaking to people he doesn’t know but some how Frank made him come out of his shell straight away. The site was clean and well maintained, good location and town centre in easy reach on foot.
