Liked: Realy enjoyed our camping. Coming back later in the year quite & peaiceful and the castle was excellent plenty of history and things to do , the gardens were superb and great walks around the lakes cant wait to revisit
Disliked: Nothing to dislike all well presented staff and very friendly and knowledgeable

Liked: The wildlife is superb, the birdsong first thing was quite an experience, especially under a pink sky. Staff are friendly, you have access to the lake and there are lots of walks around. Two large fields, the second of which is opened during busy times means it never feels crowded, pitches are level and the facilities are clean.
I also like the relaxed management, no overbearing rules and of course you cannot access Castle Howard without paying, but you do feel free to wander in the adjacent fields, lakeside, etc.
Disliked: Liked it all - decent price too.

Liked: Beautiful site , loads of trees to make it picturesque, hard standing electric pitch was very roomy , had a nice feel to it and would definitely go again

Disliked: We were on a electric grass pitch which we thought could be flatter for the awning.also we thought it could do with a play area for the children other than that a nice site
