This campground/park has no on-site shower facilities.
Group bookings of 4 or more adults are not permitted (couples and immediate family members excepted).- No bachelor/bachelorette parties permitted via Pitchup.com.
- Guests under the age of 18 are not allowed on site.
- Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.
- The campground/park caters for families (immediate members) and couples only - bookings from all other forms of groups are not accepted.
- Continental touring caravans (caravans built with the passenger door on the right-hand side) are not permitted.
- Tents are not accepted at this park.
- A cable measuring at least 15 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.
- Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the campground/park are unlit.
- Swimming in the lake is not allowed.

Liked: Beautiful views, small site, well maintained and level pitches. Ability to use footpaths across the field to walk to the pub under normal weather conditions (sadly recent rainfall didn't allow this).
Disliked: Busy road directly behind the van (luckily it didn't bother us too much), no direction on arrival as to where to pitch - seems to operate on a 'first come, best spot' basis. A toilet block would really help this site.

From the manager: Morning sorry we didnt get to meet you but on pitchup a message is on there find a pitch and any problems give kerry a ring we ve had alot of rainfall awful. We cant do anything about road noise but does say on site next to road kerry

Liked: This is great little site . Only about seven touring pitches that are hard standing, with great views.No shower or toilet block so we only used our own facilities in our van. There was an portaloo toilet there that could be used. Easy access into site and from the main Road (A59). We have a large twin axle van. Easy access into Skipton and Clitheroe for day trip.We will definitely stay again in the future .

Liked: Lovely setting, on the whole peaceful but next to road which was busy at times. Portaloo clean, fresh water and elsan disposal available. Very limited phone signal (Sky and GiffGaff)

Liked: Great little site nice views and very friendly staff. The owners just let you get on with things, nice walk to the river wellies recommend. There is road noise behind that didn’t bother us through the day and a must is ear plugs for sleeping if you want a sleep in, just like awe did.
