Entick Campsite

The site is quiet, tidy, easily accessible and is based in a good sized level field. The buildings on the site were quite rustic and were adequate. There was limited access due to COVID-19, but everything was in place for social distancing and sanitation. We loved the location as it gave easy access to Hull, Beverley and the East coast resorts. The site manager, John, is really helpful and very knowledgable. The site facilities were clean and well maintained. Plenty of hot water for washing and cleaning up. The shower rooms were large and able to cope with a couple or small family. We were the only tourer on site, so as you can guess it was very peaceful. Just what we were looking for. Overall we would return again, but would choose to come out of season.

The showers lacked anywhere to hang clothing, and as they were of “wet room” design it was difficult to keep bags and towels out of the wet spray. The facilities we certainly adequate for us, but we were the only people on the site. I think there may not be enough toilet, washing or chemical disposal facilities for a fully loaded site.

With a little trepidation as very new to camping we arrived to a very warm welcome from John the site warden, He couldn't have been more helpful explaining a little about the area and getting us on site we felt we were in good hands . The shower block and facilities were spotless ( more nerves relieved ) Brilliant Covid Safe every consideration given . Pitch was spacious and not busy .Very quiet

Lovely site ,good facilities, although was quiet when we were here , site manager lovely friendly chap , nice pub at end of road , Chinese restaurant also , lovely walks by river , easy cycle into Beverley which is lovely , easy to get to hull also , nice little village well situated 😊

We liked the spacious campsite . The toilets and washrooms were very clean. They were cleaned three times a day.
John welcomed us and was always friendly and helpful.

Excellent site with well spaced out pitches due to vivid. Clean facilities and a good safe environment. Friendly staff who couldn't do enough for me. Will go back again

Special mention to John the site warden.. was very helpful with a couple of van related issues we had on its first run out this year
