The take away and farm shop were brilliant. We enjoyed the food carts who served amazing food. The pool area was clean - and it was lovely to see so many children having fun. We will return and bring the rest of our family next year.Δεν μου άρεσε: –

Lots to do and keep busy with
Pool was super especially baby pool as it's heated.

We will take the comments on board and we do our best to look after everyone on site no matter the weather. The toilet blocks are all deep cleaned on a rotation so the next block along is always available when the staff are cleaning.
I hope that we can welcome back next year and fingers crossed for better weather. I am pleased that you enjoyed the park and what it has to offer.

The shower/toilet block was cleaned regulary with a deep clean every morning between 10-11.30. Every member of staff we came in contact with were always helpful and seemed happy in their work.
We were lucky to have a level pitch for our campervan and awning and while walking around site noticed not all piches were that level. The site seemed to try and cater for all needs with plenty off child and dog friendy areas as well as non dog areas.

Unfortunately our holiday didn't go as planned , because of the severe extreme weather strong wind and heavy rain ruined our tent and collapse on us. We asked the holiday Park if we could be compensated as we only stayed 4 nights instead of 10 nights, but we were told they won't give us any refund , we should have an insurance policy in place. Strongly recommend insurance policy as we never know what might happen.Δεν μου άρεσε: Customer service was not so helpful when I tried to ask them for a proof that we left the Park.
How unfortunate that the weather ruined your holiday. We do recommend that people have suitable insurance in case of the unexpected no matter what holiday you have in place.

Fantastic food and beverage options available on the site.Δεν μου άρεσε: The wristbands can be irritating and we had to cut them off our granddaughter who suffers with extreme eczema.
Disliked the upper lounge closing earlier than the entertainment lounge.
A facility for purchasing tea or coffee for the non alcoholic or fizzy drinkers in the lounge would be nice.

Thank you for the feedback. We do request that people declare if they have brought a dog so we can only apologize as we were not aware, we would of moved the offenders to a dog friendly field had we been made aware . I hope to see you back in 2024
