Toilets clean and tidy.
Overall site was imaculate and well maintained.
Club house had plenty on and good value.
Nice outside seating area.Δεν μου άρεσε: Too many rules, rule signs and cctv knocking around, felt a bit watched. I know its due to safety and its a big site with alot of money spent but can haveva negative effect.
Caravaners parked cars infront on thier vans, I feel for the safety of others these should be left in carpark as always coming and going and some cars not leaving enough room to get out.
The pitches we felt were too close to each other maybe as we had a corner plot it felt that way. Next door had thier van parked accoss the front of thier caravan and the kids were just dumping thier bikes infront of ours so felt that we had to move further back to give them space and prevent damage to our van.
No cash machine on site or ability to get cash back to join in on bingo or ammusments, but thats just being picky.It depends what you want and like when camping, but for a easy hastle free trip this is it, you dont really need to leave site but thats not us we like to explore so we walked twice into New Quay which was very easy as all down hill down a country lane. Pub and shop just outside the site.
Reason why I said I would not return is purely due to location and felt the site was mainly for regulars.

Δεν μου άρεσε: Bins constantly full and surrounded by wasps. Wasps were a problem round the site. Toilets/showers could have been cleaner and need updating. Unfortunately out car and caravan were hit several times by footballs, when there was a perfectly good and large green space for children to go and play football, and no apologies given by parents, who didn't seem to care about other peoples property. Management didn't seem overly bothered when we spoke to them about this, we left a day early, due to frustration and feeling let down. Sadly, we had high hopes for this site.

We would like to clarify that some of the concerns you’ve raised — such as the bins, wasps across the site, and the condition of the toilets and showers — were not brought to our attention during your stay. Had we been made aware, we would have done our best to address them promptly. That said, we absolutely take these points on board, and we’re reviewing them with our team to ensure improvements are made.
We’re genuinely sorry about the incidents involving footballs hitting your car and caravan. When this was reported, we did speak with your husband and he was offered a refund at the time, which he said he would discuss with you. We always aim to resolve issues as fairly and promptly as possible and regret that you still left feeling disappointed.
