And even if you turned up late without a booking, there was an option to book in on line and stay in the main Football Club car park, with access to the Football Club facilities.
The site was very well maintained with picnic benches and the hard standing pitches were flat enough to not require levelling blocks for our campervan. There is a pub in the village of Paul (5 mins walk) and Mousehole has several pubs around its harbour and is a pleasant 1o mins beyond Paul. The walk is down/up a steepish hill. The Ship Inn offered very good food (with online booking) and had live music on the Friday night. It was perfect!

We are pleased to hear that you found the booking process to be easy and clear and that you found the site to be well maintained and in a good location! There is no need to stay in the car park as there are no regular pitches there. We can appreciate the comments about the bugs in the toilets - we try to leave the doors closed and encourage others to do so but there have been a few more mozzies in the past weeks! Δεν μου άρεσε: Facilities are the use of the football clubs, only one shower in use for all genders. Shower was an accessible shower room and toilet seat was rotten due to being wet from shower.
Hello and thank for taking the time to write a review. We are pleased to hear that you like our beautiful pitches and we can appreciate your comments about our low season facilities. As a volunteer run site we do try to stay on top of maintenance, especially in damp areas (made worse by our being in a coastal location). The toilet seat is due to be changed this week (sorry this was not in time for your visit). Also, we very much hope to have new camping facilities before next summer so watch this space ⛺️

Δεν μου άρεσε: As has been said by others, toilets are quite a long way from the pitches and we were 2 female travellers who found it quite nerve wracking walking around the football ground on our own in the dark! We stayed out of season and only one shower available which was in use when we arrived and being cleaned the next morning, so was not available when we needed it, which was a shame. Would have been nice to have another shower available. WiFi signal was intermittent.
