Lovely clean brand new facilities for washing/ showering/ toilets. Friendly staff relaxed site. The little lake is lovely for paddle boarding and swimming, we visited at Easter and the site was quiet but I expect the lake will be very busy in the summer holidays/ high season.
Nice Cafe on site, a little pricey but lovely food and lakeside location, Fire pits are available for rent on site and really add to the evening atmosphere. Very quiet at night no major roads within earshot just a bit of mooing from the local cows in the morning which is a lovely sound to wake up to. Easy access to Bridport and West bay ( 15 minutes drive) great local pubs, one is walkable.
I really enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the simplicity of the site and camping experience. Nice well kept and all level grass pitches.

New showers really need another hanging hook or shelf as there is not enough places to keep your dry clothes dry. Showers are a little weak for my liking and get weaker as more people use them but warm enough and they do the job. Hookups for tents would be a nice option in the future but not essential. Minor problems for a lovely site to fix.

Beautiful location with excellent facilities on site Cafe and great walks if you want to explore.

Absolutely loved the place love the location love the lake loved how quiet it was loved how well looked after it was would certainly recommend

Was disappointed that I messaged on the booking to be placed near some friends. Then phoned the site to ask about this and was told whoever arrives 1st to make them aware. Our friend arrived first and made them aware. When we turned up the next day, he was already on the lake and had people camping either side of him. Which was disappointing.

Gorgeous and peaceful site. Lovely cafe and lake and only 5 mins walk to a nice pub. Great new toilet and shower block. Fire pits available to rent too.

The area, the lake. The owner was friendly and very helpful when we had to call to deal with the cold showers, got them sorted in time for our lake swim.
Showers and toilets were clean

No warden on site for our first three full days but this was the last week of the season. Not realising the cafe was closed the whole time we were there, my error in not reading that.

We loved Litton Lakes because it was small and had a lovely calmness about it. The toilets and showers were clean and the little touches of flowers were cute.
Sarah was really nice and welcoming, a great asset to the campsite.
We went on the lake with our paddle boards and our children (14 & 12) had a swim. The cafe was great, so many drink options!

My only niggle was that the lights didn't always work in the toilets and showers, but a head torch solved the problem!

Lovely site. Beautiful setting. Fab little cafe and pub within a stones throw away. Fire pits provided.

Shame the site closes for the winter months.

Loved that this was a small site and everything is within 5 minutes walk. The small lake was perfect for SUP or kayak learners as it was flat calm and not that deep.
The local walls are also great, whether a short 2 mile loop to the local village or longer 7 mile walk to the beach and back. The cafe serves excellent snacks and even had a few small trinkets for sale.
Having a pub within 5 mins walk was also a bonus :)
