Peaceful and good choice of accommodation

Beds were supposed to have been made up on arrival but were not. Reception were too busy eating ice cream when we go there to give any proper direction as to where we could park and then how to get to the pod

Staff seemed like lovely people, toilet and shower facilities are great and good access to bins.

We didn't really like our spot in VW area, we felt a bit in the middle in a hashed together pitch with people all around us, we ideally prefer a little bit more privacy.

Toilet and washing facilities good standard. Excellent location for local nature spots and amenities. Very friendly owners/wardens

Site a little scruffy round the edges but most likely due to the crazy weather so has left patches of bare earth and other areas a bit overgrown

The warm and sincere personal welcome on arrival.Site representatives were freindly approachable and knowledgeble of the local area.Well done Mr Macerator yoh know who we are! #LeShuttle. 10/10

Brilliant site plenty to do. Pub across the road does lovely food and has live music on Fridays. Short walk from Theme park, Dino park and farm is on the actual site. Loads of parks and a Dino themed sandpit which our kids loved. Short walk from Willen lake which is beautiful and plenty of activities for all ages, park, watersports and Brewers fayre which kids eat free at breakfast. All toilets and facilities were very clean and always smelling fresh which is a bonus. Also no huge queues at the theme park as it is aimed at younger kids my youngest was 90 cm tall and she could go on most rides which was great!

Showers are very hot even in family room was a struggle with 2 little ones as it was way too hot for them and no way to turn it down. Breakfast in the restaurant wasn't great and overpriced selection is minimal if you don't like bacon sausage baps, cornflakes or toast then don't bother, however the pizza did look nice so can't say all the food is bad. The campsite map isn't the full map which we did not know until our last day so had no idea where the entertainment or the parks were until the last day! Would be helpful if they had the bigger map in reception as check in to the campsite is around the back it isn't clear where everything is. Party room for the kids disco is very small so probably gets quite full during busy periods.

Great campsite. We didn’t realise how big it actually was. Lovely staff, helpful and friendly. Will be back for sure!

Could maybe do with some more shower/toilet facilities

Level ground, quiet surroundings, good toilets and shower block.
