As a small site, I love to see how relaxed and friendly it is amongst campers as well as our small team of staff.
Wifi is beyond what we can afford as a small campsite so we do not advertise this (people are always shocked when we share just how much it would cost to install and maintain). We have great phone signal so visitors can use their data without any issues.

Were I was also there was no shops just in case you needed anything EG : Milk bread the little things
Also you was looked in at 10:30 if you needed to get out you had to tell them
That fine but have a gate with a code on

We were put next to friends as requested. We saw frogs, swifts, a woodpecker, ducks and a shrew which made our stay extra special.

Thank you for your feedback about the beauty of our site. You were indeed given a beautiful pitch by our lovely site owner. Perhaps your concern stems from our polite request that you amend your pitch type from backpacker (which you were not) to a standard pitch, as you did not meet the requirements for the discount pitch you had booked. It is always worth checking when you book a pitch that what you are bringing fits on the pitch and that you meet the pitch requirements. We did spot this in advanced and raise this with you a few days before arrival. Michelle was very polite in upgrading you on arrival and allocating you the best spot we have available. I am not aware of any other contact with staff (we only had one person on duty) but please do share if you had any contact which gave you concern.
