Beautiful kept pitches. Very clean toilets and showers . Staff were helpful escorted you to your pitch . Number plate reconnection on entering . Very safe site . Leisure centre was clean swimming pool
Wonderful. Downside chip shop which had just opened did not know how to cook fish and chips undercooked . Only downside was dog walking area not enough green space apart from up a massive hill
. Busy site but well worth a visit

Lovely warm friendly greeting on arrival. Large,level clean pitch. Shower/toilet blocks were very clean. The showers were powerful with plenty of hot water.
Two very nice clean swimming pools, with separate children's area.
Bar area was always clean, food was good, staff always friendly and happy.
A lovely walk to Dawlish Warren, then take the coastal walk to beautiful Dawlish, home of the Black Swans.
A very enjoyable stay at a very clean relaxing camp site.
Definitely recommend. We will be returning soon.

We liked how quite this site was and how family friendly it was with lots for the kids to do. Their were plenty of facilities around the park and they were always clean and tidy. The fishing lakes were good and well stocked with fish, this made for a good morning out with the kids who enjoyed giving fishing ago for the first time. We will definitely be back.

Excellent campsite, well situated in a prime area of outstanding coastline, the dramatic Exe estuary and the beautiful surrounding Devon countryside. The site was very well managed and the facilities were very clean and well maintained. Fantastic indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a gym, dining areas, shop, fishing lakes, chip shop, launderette and a clubhouse with varied top class entertainment. The restaurant and lounge area with a beautiful terrace overlooking the outdoor swimming pool is an ideal place to relax, especially as the evening sun sets. All the staff I met were very knowledgeable, helpful and polite. A nearby bus service runs between Exeter and Torbay providing access to some of south Devon's most beautiful coastal resorts as well as the historic county town Exeter, which is well worth a visit.

Would benefit from a communal freezer for freezing picnic ice blocks and more larger bins.

Beautifully kept site. Well maintained and managed by friendly staff. For such a large site it was generally very peaceful and didn’t feel overcrowded. Having both outside and indoor swimming pools is a real bonus and we really liked the relaxed, live music played outside the bar. The Amelia restaurant is particularly nice - lovely food and relaxed atmosphere and nice seating and terrace.

There was quite a few machines not working in the arcade which was a shame - notably the air hockey and several of the bowling lanes.
It would be great if there were some more facilities for older children such as sport activities ie table tennis or similar

Fantastic touring site. Very large with a good selection of pitches to suit all needs and budget.

Great on site facilities including pool, shop and entertainment in the restaurant

Other bits that we didn't get to check out were a cafe and amusements as well as play area, small splash area and play park.

Multiple toilets/shower blocks which all look to have been recently fitted out to high standard. As well as a very convenient laundrette on one of the toilet blocks
