Very smart, spacious, fully serviced pitch. Site was very clean and tidy and very well kept hedging etc.
Shower/ toilet block very clean and modern . All staff were very friendly and very helpful. Facilities on site looked excellent even though we didn't use any.

Nothing to complain about at all!

Super helpful staff! Especially James the groundskeeper, a massive shout out to him as he assisted in jump starting my vehicle. clean facilities and a wonderful location

A very thought out holiday park as it has something for everyone of all ages.

My only criticism was the shower over shot and my clothes got a bit wet. Very powerful

The superpitches had plenty of space.
The site was well laid out.
Loved that you could walk from the site through a lovely woodland walk straight to the beach at Dawlish Warren or a short walk to the Anchor pub at Cockwood harbour.

Dog wash facility was closed during the off peak season which is when it was needed the most.
Superpitch came with WiFi included but it didn’t work.
When booking two months prior asked for a quiet pitch away from the road, was given pitch 55 right opposite the play park and backed onto the main entrance exit road.
We didn’t try the pub/ arcade/ pool so can’t comment.

Loved everything. Great entertainment for the children. Craig, Leona and Flo were great entertainers. Friendly helpful staff. Even the kitchen went out of their way to make sure I had a breakfast when everything had ran out. Indoor pool was at a lovely temperature. Didn’t get to do the sauna and steam room as had the grandkids. Clean and tidy everywhere. Lots to do on site even out of season. Shops were well stocked. Arcades, pubs, entertainment for kids/adults. Only thing I will say is I paid for WiFi on the kids devices when I arrived and they hardly worked where we were staying, so the kids couldn't use them. Other than that, I can’t wait to take them back. They loved it, said it was their favourite van holiday so far. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Poor WiFi when I paid for it for the kids devices and specifically asked if it worked on the pitch I was at before I paid. Also advertised as super fast WiFi when even in the main area on free WiFi, was just as bad

How clean the whole site was . Toilets and shower blocks cleaned daily and in excellent condition. The staff are very helpful and everything you need on one campsite .

Bit more policing of use of electric scooters. Even tho they not aloud . Alot of kids and some adults sipping around the site on them

Very helpful and very thoughtful as I have a disabled son in wheelchair the pitch i ordered was up three levels so with out any hesitation they moved me to a lowest level near showers just brilliant thankyou so much

Lots for children to do of all ages, my son loved the pump track. Pitch was a very good size and staff were friendly and helpful.
Shop is reasonably priced.
Easy to find.
I would definitely stay here again with the whole family in the summer.

Extra cost for swimming (be careful when booking online as prices are different). Swimming pool was a little dirty goggles are pointless when you can't see in the murky water. Arcades need updating due to alot of the machines not working or parts missing. Toilet block not cleaned often enough. Wi-fi at an extra cost (£6 a day)
Fishing is also extra cost paid £16 for myself and son for evening fishing. (Didn't get long due to no lighting around lakes)
