Brilliant site, facilities were great. Entertainment team were very good.

Very tight spaces to get into the pitches on hard standing.

Loved how pretty and well kept the site was. It was also very relaxed and even when busy it never felt overcrowded, rarely queued long for a drink or fight to find a table to sit at. Loved that dogs were allowed in so many areas and the overall feel of the place was great. Lovely food, pub was great, live music in the afternoons perfect and the pool fantastic!

The shower blocks were great but quite often struggled to locate any working soap dispensers and the had dryer a bit useless. A full length mirror would have been a great addition.

Nice clean site staff were amazing and all you need from eating to swimming on site

The shower& toilet were lovely & clean.
Nice large pitch & was perfectly located for grandparents with a 7yr old & 9yr old.

That’s is was a large site & busy.
Toilet blocks ran out of soap & toilet paper. WiFi didn’t not work at pitch.
Not keen on complete gravel pitch, as would have liked some grass.
Our pitch wasn’t level as on an incline.

Location was really good.
Lots of activities for children.
Well maintained.
Nicely stocked shop.

No information was given on check in, we were handed a pack and told to wait for someone to find us a pitch.
Found the campsite too large. We were a longer walk to facilities. There were occasional waits for clothes washing, showers and the kitchen area as it felt a large number of pitches were sharing a small number of facilities.
A few nights it was pretty noisy with shouting and people playing instruments/playing music past 10pm and it felt that this wasn’t managed well by the wardens.
The lifeguards were incredibly strict and although we appreciate the need to keep everyone safe and for there to be rules, they were enforcing things that were not written as part of the rules and quite inconsistent.

Pitches were perfect size, toilets and showers were clean plenty to do around the site.

It has something for everyone, stayed the entire week and only left the site twice for half day trips, rest of the days we was at the pool.
All staff very helpful and very polite.

The shower block we had was a flat push button which only lasted ³/⁴ seconds which was annoying but brilliant pressure and temperature.

Pitches are a good size and were level for my campervan. Food whist expensive was of good quantity. Check in was very efficient with polite and knowledgeable staff.

Pools both indoor and outdoor are too small now that the park has expanded, when the weather is good the pools are over full and it detracts from the experience. Some of the bar staff need to re train, on numerous occasions I was stood at a near empty bar, staff saw me but continued chatting or looking at phones, appreciate many will be seasonal staff but not good service, to be clear once or twice not an issue but happened multiple times.

Great place for families. Lots to do and the whole place is kept clean with beautiful flower beds. Loved the onside fish and chips, shop and pub. Staff were friendly and really helpful. Lovely seafood pub called The Anchor Inn within a reasonable walk. All round excellent site. The tractor trips are a great service.

Hard standing only pitches. Road noise of a night and lack of any grass. Required to park to the left of the gravel so got no sun as it would have been on the other side. Having to pay extra for electricity which in the end was £7 for the week was unnecessary given the £100 per night stay in our motorhome. £21 for WIFI for 4 days for two phones is ridiculous.
