We had a fantastic weekend, campsite was great, very clean and tidy. Has an off lead dog area and play area for kids, also great for fishing with all ages!

Μετάφραση (Με την υποστήριξη του Google Translate)Μου άρεσε: We chose a 'Lake View' pitch, around a corner away from the main site, the dog exercise area and the childrens play area. The four pitches are in a row, each approx 6 metres wide.
The showers/toilets, a short walk away, are well maintained and cleaned daily. The shop is useful, as well as the handy microwave/kettle and library of magazines, books and DVDs. A member of staff was always available to answer questions and offer advice.
There are some good walks directly from the campsite, the local pub is a few minutes walk down the road.Δεν μου άρεσε: –

Δεν μου άρεσε: 4G and 5G were terrible which I know isn't the owners fault. But could have provided wifi. I would have paid a lot extra. I would have got at least wifi calling then. I missed an emergency call because no signal. Meant I had to leave mega early the next day when the message came though randomly at 6am. The demand of the 21st century means we can't just disconnect. In an ideal world we can but we are not an ideal deal world
Thank you for leaving a lovely review. The dog park is an important part, as fellow dog owners we know how important it is for all furry friends to have a good run around. We do very clearly state that we have no wifi and that we are a wifi free site. 4G/5G is general no problem around the site. If you have an emergency phone call, you can just make it as normal, you don't need wifi.

The food was well prepared and a shop for basics. A lake for fishermen and a great walk around it ....Only one downside was the lanes to get to the site, Will hopefully make another trip there soon.

Thank you for your review. The shop isnt a "shop" it is an honesty shop and only sells emergency things. We have a local spar only a 2 min drive from us, which is open every day.
Our honesty shop does sell local items, snacks, drinks and emergency items you may of forgotten. We are simply to small and not open all year to have a proper shop.
