Massive park, great location to beach, fantastic facilities including swimming pool pint trekking golf pump track on site. Great selection in on site shop
Good sheltered pitches too.

Only small things but the shower blocks could do with an upgrade.
With indoor swimming pool on site similar shower facilities and changing areas in there need an upgrade too.

The £5 charge for one use of washing machine/tumble dryer is excessive especially when for bigger loads that need it you’ve to use the tumble dryer more than once. Obviously you don’t need to use these but it’s Scotland and you’re likely to get wet and dirty when there.

Real shame about the overgrown nature of the fishing ponds they could be a massive massive asset to the site especially if you got some islands and stocked them up.

As I said these are minor things and from the 5star rating everything was super it’s a fantastic site

Quite non electric camping.
Clean toilets and showers.

Toilets to far away from non electric camping site, two ponds to pass, dangerous during the night.
Restaurant does not open till 12 so cannot get a breakfast even though menu clearly says breakfast on front cover. We ordered an evening meal at 5 when it had just opened and was told item was sold out.
Cycling track closed, but bring your own bikes you can not hire a bike near campsite.
When we went for a swim it was closed they could not say when it would open. It could be closed for days.
Canoeing, bring your own, camp site provides concrete slipway only. Cannot hire canoes.
The walking areas were over grown.

Beautiful park and the staff were very welcoming.

The stay was relaxing, loved every minute of it, lovely quick access through the woods to the beach, shop had everything we needed and staff were fantastic.

Was bitten by some sort of fly walking back from the beach, however that doesn't fault the site or staff.
Issue with the wifi one day, however the staff had someone in to fix the fault.

Plenty of space for child and dogs to play.
Park was very clean and well maintained.
Showers & toilets kept well.
Good wee shop with variety of items.
Lovely beach for a walk

Price of swimming & food restraunt thought it was very pricey, especially the swimming.
The amount of work going on in the site, very noisy with trucks etc.
The WiFi system wasn't very good, but worked out eventually.

Friendly staff.
Requested a quiet spot as it’s our first time camping and the booking was a noisy spot by the park, the reception staff spotted this and offered alternative options and provided us with a perfectly quiet spot close to the park and shower facilities.
Kids enjoyed the pool and park. Lovely grounds and a good first camping experience.

The beach wasn’t great, tide was miles out and lots of rocks. Some of park equipment was broken and roped off.
We still had fun though.

Site was very clean & quiet. Staff were all friendly & helpful. Will definitely be back!

Had some issues with WiFi but this was sorted & didn’t impact our stay.

Swimming pool not very clean and our toddler became quite unwell which caused us to leave a day early!

Everything we left after two hours ... manager was not nice at all swimming short staffed so wasn't on good was closed and cycle circuit closed off my sons are 6 and 12 we picked here for our holiday du to advertising of the facilities I will NOT return and will not reccomend any family to either ... I am appalled at the way we were spoken ...
