Tree swing and rope swing down the corner, fab scenery lots of animals and an aptly named "killer chicken" that chased you sometimes, kids thought it was hilarious.. Lovely bellingham village nearby with a coop, butchers, bakery, hardwareshop, pub, chemist, kids park ect.. Onsite restaurant and pub lovely and cosy great wifi and the food was absolutely beautiful. Lovely friendly staff. Will definitely be returning thankyou so much.
Δεν μου άρεσε: No dislikes from us, we did hear some complaining about the toilets, but they were under refurbishment so understandable... Still usable and warm showers... Camping is for getting scruffy and having fun anyway there are ample facilities to clean and wash up not sure why the complaints there are signs up with apologies too... Will be amazing once refurbished.

As expected some noise in the night from the animals farms around, but nothing that some earplug cant resolve

Μετάφραση (Με την υποστήριξη του Google Translate)Μου άρεσε: We stayed on electric hook up for tent, had a canny little spot but felt like up a hill so caught the wind and there was no break from it (not the sites fault)...we got a bit hit n missy with the weather, rain, wind and sun but sites pub and restaurant WOWSAS food was amazing and great value to. I'd have been more than happy with no ehu and pitches spaced out great. Lovely little pond area for kids to see all the animals aswell. We found a stream and a tyre swing so entertained kids for a bit x

Female toilets/showers being refurbished but still fine. Ducks, hens, cockerels, sheep all on site (makes for an early wake up call but only to be expected). Close to Keilder.

It was really helpful having a freezer-pack service for my cool box.
The showers and toilets were very clean, although updating was taking place.Δεν μου άρεσε: I didn't like having to walk down a farmers lane, to get to the chemical waste disposal point. I also didn't find the dish-washing area, but to be fair, I didnt ask, so just did it outside my tent, as I didn't have much to wash up.

The Day before you arrived Karen there were no doors, day after you left 2 doors hopefully tomorrow 3 doors, as we explained when you arrived its a slow process. My apologies if you think its pricey but like everone else and you at home the electric situation dominates what we are charging, our electric has risen from £1600 a month to £6000 a month I understand it seems expensive for basic as we are not getting any more for more than £4k a month, the wild life, the staff do clean & sterilize the tables, the floor not so much, we have found that the majority love to have the wildlife around there feet when they are here, I'm sorry that you won't be visiting again or could even recommend your friends to visit, thanks for spending the time to review us regards Neil.....
