The site was clean, facilities were really good, small fishing pond for beginners, you can rent a rod for the duration of your stay, if your looking for peace and quiet this is ideal beautiful little gem

Friendly staff, very helpful, pitch was easy to setup and hookups were nearby.

Bin service could be better and recycle facilities would be nice.

The overall campsite was amazing 5*
The whole family loved the fishing lakes and there was plenty of fish to be caught to keep the kids entertained.
We was on an EHU pitch we had no issues at all. We even took our projector for movie night as signal was great on EE and o2 to hook up to the fire stick.
The shop was well stocked and very good prices, this is also where the wifi was.
The camp toilets and showers were clean and loved the music for the night*time toilet trips.
We also did the Pub walk to the cock inn and followed the walking instructions they offered it was really good the kids even loved it trying to find our way, we extended our walk to the tiger pub and then back to the campsite.

The pitch we was given was very close to the road and the mornings was a little loud but im sure if other pitches were available they would move you and we did request to be next to another booking. Next time we would request a pitch away from the road as we will 100% be back.

Lovely, friendly site with great sized pitches in a very peaceful and rural area.

Some pitches were quite hilly so it took a while to get flat! Two showers per ladies/mens room so can get quite busy.

I liked everything here. My welcome was polite and approachable. There was never a problem to big for them to help you with and it felt secure place to be 😊. The facilities was clean too. Lovely quiet location.

Absolutely loved our stay again, shame it was not for longer. Love the space, view, pitch and peaceful site. Plenty room for children to play too.
Lovely family owned site. Will be back next year.

Nothing to dislike about the site.

I have stayed twice at this site this season and had a great experience both times.

Staff are very friendly, helpful and accommodating.

The pitches are generously sized and we were able to have two large tents with awnings and large private area between.
A water point is close to the tent pitch and electrical hook ups are easily accessible.

Showers and wash up facilities are cleaned regularly and there was plenty of hot water available at all times.

A great little shop is on site with essentials available and I’m sure that if you forgot or needed something the staff would help you out.

There is a fishing lake that seemed popular, I don’t fish but it provided some nice scenery to walk off the BBQ!

The site is in a great location with lots to do and see nearby.

We had a good stay overall - the cabin was spacious and clean, beds were really comfortable. Loved being so close to the lake for fishing. Staff were friendly and welcoming as were the other campers.

There was a constant bad smell near the cabin - not sure if it was stagnant water or some septic system overflow? We would have liked to sit outside much more but couldn’t stand the stench! It did put a dampener on an otherwise lovely stay.
