The area and not to far to walk to harbour even though it is a bit of a hill.

Felt a bit over crowded as not much room, gravel roads were not great I’ve seen people having to carry a motorbility scooter and pushchairs as they wouldn’t move in the loose gravel.
Quite noisy at times up to after 8pm with work going on in new glampingpods.
Motorhome service point was small and other vehicles parked in it several times so you couldn’t use it.

Family run. Friendly staff. Great location.

Fantastic site which was very busy when we stayed but the facilities were kept clean. Bar on site and a small food van which we didnt use but a good offering.
Looked like the site was undergoing some further investment which was positive to see.
Short walk down well kept pedestrian footpaths just outside the gate to the coastal path upto Berry Head and round to Brixham

Nothing would stay again if we were in the area

Toilets and shower block clean.

We had small children with us we traveled with our daughter and family and requested to have pitches next to each other so that we didn’t have to walk all over site to sleep. This request was made when we booked back in April when we asked at reception we were flobed off with excuses from we are really busy, and short staffed completely ruined our holiday.

Clean site and the shower and toilet facilities were great. The bar on site was lovely when it was open.

Unfortunately we did not find the staff very helpful or accommodating at all. Travelled as a family with three young children and 4 adults with two tents. Asked to be pitched next to each other when booked in May and were told this was possible. However, on arrival we were given 2 separate pitches in different fields even though there were 2 pitches next to one of the pitches we’d been given. When we questioned this we were told the person who agreed to put us next to each other no longer worked there and when they saw our request the morning of our arrival there wasn’t anything they could do about it as it was too late. It was clear they were very short staffed but unfortunately this did impact upon the experience we had at the site. We were directed to our pitch and told exactly where to park even down to lining the wing mirror up to a certain post. However, we went out for the day and on return other campers had been directed to park in the same place as us. We asked reception where to park and were told to just park in front of your tent on the road as close to your tent as you can go for other cars to get past but ‘watch your pegs’.
The site states food served on site and a bar but unfortunately these were not open until the last day of our stay. We believe this was due to staff leaving and therefore the site being short on staff. This is unfortunate as the bar and food was reasonably priced and seemed lovely.

Nice clean camp plenty spaces tidy and clean toilets liked the new pub

Was set near the drains which smelt when sitting outside and the pub was closed

Well kept site plenty of space per pitch close to Brixham harbour town little pub on site reasonable prices and live music park for kids to play toilet & shower block a good size little static van onsite for food nice and really cheap but only open mornings

No Wi-Fi not enough toilets or showers for the size of the site could do with another block and because the site was busy cleanliness slipped a bit . they could maybe utilise the reception and maybe sell bread milk etc , but nothing major to dislike
