Couldn't fault it in any way. Very friendly, big pitches, open views. This is one site I wouldn't think twice about coming back.

Possibly too few toilets/showers although maybe they manage the numbers so its not too busy, otherwise absolutely nothing i disliked.

The view over Cardigan Bay and on a clear day to the Llŷn Paeninsular is beautiful. The site is quiet and friendly with clean facilities and helpful, friendly owners. Plenty of running around space for children and a small play ground area (though all the children were having too much fun playing on the field to use that from what I saw!!).
Saw dolphins, seals and porpoise by just walking along the near-by coast path into New Quay. Just a beautiful place to be.

Very minor niggle and true of most places, need leveling ramps for motorhome/campervan.

First time camping so nothing to compare it to. This site is all we needed for 2 nights. No problems at all everyone was friendly. 10 minutes in the shower for £1 is long enough. Showers and toilets very clean. The little park was great for my grand daughter. The pitches are clearly marked around the edges of the field, leaving plenty of room in the middle .

When we arrived my car had overheated after a 5 hour journey. Nigel the site owner said leave it there I will look at it for you. He brought his car and told us to put our things in it and he would give us a lift to our pitch. Wow brilliant. He filled my car up and drove it to us with knowledge of what the problem was. Being in the AA I then left it to them. Nigel gave us a lift into new quay that night, advising us the best taxi and chippy to use.. I saw him as we were leaving with the AA someone had locked their van keys in the van. Nigel was going to help and the AA man said you'll never get in that van. 5 mins later Nigel was in it.

All in all a lovely friendly site and excellent owners.

Nothing to dislike at all

Had a great couple of nights, site was clean & tidy and the view was great.
Short walk (approximately 2 miles)in to New Quay on the coastal path or on the road (pavement on the main road in to the town).

In a peaceful rural location, the site has views looking out over Cardigan Bay and the coastal path is within easy walking distance. A great place to get away from it all, relax and enjoy walks in a beautiful coastal area. After booking a 3 day break, I was notified of a cancellation and was able to arrive a day early which suited me ideally.
Toilet and shower block facilities are excellent, and while dogs have to be kept on a lead, there is an exercise field available for them to run around in.
The owner of the campsite was exceptionally helpful when I inadvertently locked myself out of my campervan and was expecting to wait 3 hours for breakdown recovery to arrive. He kindly offered to try to get into my vehicle and ten minutes later succeeded and I was able to cancel the call out and get on my way.
